What benefits has Instagram brought you? A: From a technical perspective, when our users post photos to Instagram with captions, specifically including hashtags, SwiftKey learns which hashtags each person uses most often and will predict them the next time you start typing ‘#’. Using SwiftKey makes Instagram a more personalized experience for our users. We see Instagram as another way that we can share compelling and engaging content with our users, and keep them up-to-date on blog posts, sales, and product releases. Our Instagram account is also an outlet to provide our followers a look inside our offices and showcase SwiftKey’s company culture. ________________________________________Q: You have joined Iconosquare on the 17th of September. What are the features you like most until now? A: The ability to see which images resonate the most with our audience is invaluable for planning future posts and developing content our users will find interesting. Additionally, the ‘best time to post’ feature is useful for scheduling and optimizing community interaction. The snapshot of where our followers are based is also really useful; we’d love to see some more detailed stats about that in the future! ________________________________________Q: Do you use Direct Message to interact with your fans? If not, do you plan on using it ?
