Eternal history. The Medinet Habu mortuary temple of Ramesses III preserves the achievement of the 12C BC ruler in living color. The fortified precinct measures over 200 meters in length and peristyle hall decorations, including these carved, painted columns, celebrate the life and successes of Ramesses III.
